The ODP Youth Academy Residential Camps offer an intense and focused week of training for players (Ages 10-14) determined to improve their game and learn about what it takes to be the best. Our most experienced coaching staff will conduct a training curriculum modeled after the U.S. Youth National Teams, with an emphasis on technical training, individual and small group concepts, as well as getting to play as a team.
Training will consist of competitive "high-energy" sessions putting players under pressure to make good decisions. Sessions will encourage players to compete in and outside of their comfort zones, but will also be balanced with "personal best" and cooperative activities. In addition to the on the field activities throughout the week, we will introduce mental concepts for the youth player as well as educational sessions on fitness, nutrition, ODP, college and the National Team programs.
