How do I pay my balance?
Log in to your account on the My Account page of this website using your email address and the password you created upon registration, and you will be able to view any open invoices.
Cal South ODP Morning Camps Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations must be sent in writing (email) to odpcamps@calsouth.com. Cancellations will be refunded less a $50 administrative fee.
Cal South ODP Residential Academy Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations must be sent in writing (email) to odpcamps@calsouth.com. Cancellations received at least 14 days prior to the first day of camp will be refunded any payments made less a $100 administrative fee. Cancellations received within 14 days of the first day of camp will be refunded less a $250 cancellation fee.
Who is eligible to participate in Cal South ODP Camps?
All players in the appropriate age groups are invited to participate in Cal South ODP Camps.
May teammates and friends room together?
Most players will have a single room, and dorms are arranged by age group so that teammates are likely to be in the same hall. Campers may include the names of their friends in the comments of their registration, but Cal South cannot guarantee rooming preferences. Room changes will be handled after the night games on the first night of camp ONLY.
How are the dorms supervised?
Each dorm building is supervised by a Dorm Mom and counselors, all of whom are experienced and trusted members of the Cal South ODP Camps team.
What is the coach-to-player ratio?
The aim for our coach-to-player ratio is 1:11, and the limit is 1:14. The addition of the directors, trainers, dorm moms, and assistants brings the staff-to-player ratio even lower.
May parents observe at the ODP Residential Academies?
Parents are invited to observe the final games starting at 2:00 p.m. on the last day of camp only. Parents (and anyone not enrolled in or staffing ODP Camps) are not permitted in the cafeteria or dorms at any time.
Can you recommend hotels in the Ojai area?
Cal South ODP Camps does not have official recommendations, but Thacher School lists local hotels on their website here.
