REFUND POLICIES:

Cancellation Policy for PRO+ ODP Day Camps:

Due to high fixed costs for our program we have a strict REFUND policy. All customers cancelling a camp/academy must send an e-mail to ODPcamps@calsouth.com

Cancellations 14 days before the first day of camp will pay a $50 admin fee.
Cancellation 72 hours before the first day of camp will incur a refund, minus a $100 admin fee.
Cancellations within 24 hours of the first day of camp will not be eligible for a refund.

Cancellation Policy for PRO+ ODP Residential Academy Programs:

Cancellations received 21 days or more before the first day of camp will be issued a refund minus a $100 administration fee.
Cancellations received within 21 days of the first day of camp will be issued a refund minus a $250 administration fee.
Cancellations received within 72 hours of the first day of camp will be issued a refund minus a $450 administration fee.

DISCOUNT CODE POLICY: Promo codes must be used at the time of online purchase in order to receive discounts, All players must be registered at the same time to receive multiple player discounts. Once individual registrations have been paid, they cannot be added to a group discount.

Who is eligible to participate in Cal South PRO+ ODP Camps?
All players in the appropriate age groups are invited to participate in Cal South PRO+ ODP Camps.

May teammates and friends room together?
Most players will have a SINGLE room, and dorms are arranged by age group so that teammates are likely to be in the same hall. Cal South cannot guarantee rooming preferences, so we DO NOT accept roommate requests. Room changes will be handled after the night games on the first night of camp ONLY.

How are the dorms supervised?
Each dorm building is supervised by a Dorm Mom and counselors, all of whom are experienced and trusted members of the Cal South PRO+ ODP Camps team.

What is the coach-to-player ratio?
The aim for our coach-to-player ratio is 1:11, and the limit is 1:14. The addition of the directors, trainers, dorm moms, and assistants brings the staff-to-player ratio even lower.

May parents observe at the PRO+ ODP Residential Academies?
Parents are invited to observe the final games starting at 2:00 p.m. on the last day of camp only. Parents (and anyone not enrolled in or staffing PRO+ ODP Camps) are not permitted in the cafeteria or dorms at any time.

Can you recommend hotels in the Ojai area?
Cal South PRO+ ODP Camps do not have official recommendations, but Thacher School lists local hotels on their website here.
