DISCOUNT CODE POLICY: Promo codes must be used at the time of online purchase in order to receive discounts, All players must be registered at the same time using the same Credit Card to receive multiple player discounts. Important: Once individual registrations have been paid, they cannot be added to a group discount.

REFUND POLICIES:

Cancelation Policy for PRO+ ODP Day Camps:

Due to fixed fixed costs for our program we have a strict REFUND policy. All customers cancelling a camp/academy must send an e-mail to ODPcamps@calsouth.com

• All cancellations before the first day of camp will pay a $30 admin fee
• Cancellations 14 days before the first day of camp will pay a $50 admin fee
• Cancellation 72 hours before the first day of camp will incur a refund, minus a $100 admin fee
• Cancellations within 24 hours of the first day of camp will not be eligible for a refund
• Due to fixed fixed costs for our program we have a strict REFUND policy. All customers cancelling a camp/academy must send an e-mail to ODPcamps@calsouth.com

Cancelation Policy for PRO+ ODP Residential Academy Programs:

• Cancellations received 21 days or more before the first day of camp will be issued a refund minus a $100 administration fee
• Cancellations received within 21 days of the first day of camp will be issued a refund minus a $250 administration fee
• Cancellations received within 72 hours of the first day of camp will be issued a refund minus a $450 administration fee
